What we collect
Lucas Barbosa LTD, based in Watford, is responsible for information you send through this website. If you request a quotation, we collect the name, email address, phone number, postcode or property address, service requested and message you provide. Contact us at lucasbarbosagardner@gmail.com or +44 7751 114012 about your information.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss the work, prepare a quotation and, if you accept it, arrange and provide the service. For quotation requests, this is generally necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use contact-form enquiries for marketing.
If an enquiry does not lead to a booking, we keep it for 12 months after our last contact, then delete it. Records of completed work may be retained separately for business and legal record-keeping. The website and contact form are hosted by Wix, which processes information needed to operate them.
Your privacy rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain uses. Email lucasbarbosagardner@gmail.com to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
We review this notice when our website or information practices change. Last updated: 28 September 2026.
